How to Find Your Windows PC's Serial Number/Service Tag?

Serial number or service tag are often found on the computer. Which is written on the on the hardware of a computer. On the laptop check on the back of the laptop, where battery present. You will find the serial number or service tag of your computer. If not present there then follow the steps which are given below.

Using the Command Prompt:

By using the command prompt you will easily find the serial number of your computer. On your windows search menu type cmd so it will show you command prompt. click on the command prompt it will open. 

If it is not showing by search then press Windows key + R it will open run. Type cmd and press enter key. It will open the command prompt.

Now on the command prompt type wmic bios get serialnumber  and press Enter Key. You will find your serial number.
